Founded over 30 years ago,the company has two major casting bases in Xinxiang and Chongqing. All castings adopt precision casting technology,with a full range of molds from DN50 to DN3200. Kaigao has two major casting bases in Xinxiang and Chongqing. All castings adopt precision casting technology, with a full range of molds from DN50 to DN3200. Kaigao Valve Co., Ltd. 's main products cover industrial valves, including six series (high-end ball valve series, high-end butterfly valve series, general valve series, control valve series, water conservancy valve series, special valve series) with more than 1, 600 specifications. High-quality valves are widely used in global high-demand fields such as petroleum, natural gas, chemical industry, thermal power, long-distance pipelines, metallurgy, mineral processing, heating, water conservancy, and pharmaceuticals. Products can meet various standards including GB, JB, HB, American standards API, ASME, AWWA, British and EU standards BS, EN, ISO, German standard DIN, Japanese standard JIS, and Russian standard GOST.
The factory has obtained multiple certifications such as ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification, ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification, ISO Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification, and National Special Equipment Manufacturing License (TS). The company is equipped with sophisticated processing and manufacturing equipment, including machining centers, CNC lathes, CNC drilling machines, extra-large precision vertical lathes, plasma spray welding equipment, plasma cutting equipment, automatic spraying lines, as well as more than 150 other machining and special equipment such as lathes, milling machines, boring machines, drilling machines, and grinding machines.
