The fully welded buried relief ball valve is integrally welded and widely used in long-distance pipelines of oil, natural gas and other substances buried underground as a valve for on-off control.

Product Features

1:Floating ball or fixed ball design: The floating ball valve achieves sealing through the pressure of the medium, while the fixed ball valve is supported by the valve seat and is suitable for high-pressure working conditions. 

2:Full bore design: The flow channel is consistent with the inner diameter of the pipe, reducing pressure drop and improving transportation efficiency. Bidirectional sealing: The valve seat is made of materials such as PTFE and nylon to achieve zero leakage in both directions, meeting the safety standards for gas pipelines.

3:Discharge function; Independent vent outlet: The valve body is equipped with a relief interface on the top or side, which can be connected to a relief pipe or pressure gauge for discharging residual gas in the pipeline or testing pressure.

Customizable

The materials of the main body, inner components, packing, gaskets and fasteners can be reasonably combined according to the user's requirements or actual working conditions.
