1.Fixed ball valves are a new generation of high-performance ball valves, suitable for long-distance pipelines and general industrial pipelines. Special considerations have been made in the design for their strength, safety, and ability to withstand harsh environments. They are applicable to various corrosive and non-corrosive media.

2.Compared with floating ball valves, when fixed ball valves are in operation, the force exerted by the fluid pressure in front of the valve on the ball is fully transmitted to the upper and lower valve stems, without causing the ball to move towards the valve seat. Therefore, the valve seat does not bear excessive pressure. As a result, the fixed ball valve has a smaller opening torque under pressure, less valve seat deformation, stable sealing performance, and a longer service life. It is suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter applications.

3.There are two types of sealing for fixed ball valves: soft sealing and hard sealing. Customers can choose according to the working conditions.

4.The fixed ball valve can be fully opened or closed by rotating 90°, and it opens and closes quickly. Compared with gate valves and globe valves of the same specification, ball valves are smaller in size and lighter in weight, which is convenient for pipeline installation.

5.Among various types of valves, ball valves have the least flow resistance. When a full-bore ball valve is fully open, the diameter of the ball passage, the valve body passage, and the connecting pipe are equal and form a single diameter. The medium can flow through almost without any loss, and it is also convenient for pipeline cleaning.
