Butterfly valve 

The Russian standard butterfly valve is an industrial valve designed and manufactured in accordance with the Russian national standard GOST 3262-75 (General Technical Conditions for Butterfly Valves) and industry specifications. It is specifically adapted for fluid transmission systems in Russian power stations, petrochemical industries, municipal water supply and drainage, etc. It features a compact structure, low opening/closing torque, and strong flow capacity. It can meet the requirements of pressure levels ranging from PN10 to PN40 and temperature ranges from -40℃ to +450℃

Product Features

1.The mainstream adopts a single eccentric / double eccentric structure, which reduces the friction between the valve seat and the butterfly plate, enhances the sealing reliability, and is suitable for frequent opening and closing operations.

2.Supports flange connection (in accordance with GOST 12815) and socket connection. The installation space is small, and it is suitable for Russian pipeline systems.

3.Compact structure + low-torque design, easy installation and maintenance. The valve body is made through lightweight casting technology, with a small volume and light weight, requiring low installation space. The single/double eccentric structure design significantly reduces the opening and closing torque, making manual operation more effortless. When driven by electric or pneumatic means, the energy consumption is lower, and there is no friction between the butterfly plate and the valve seat, resulting in less wear on the sealing surface and a longer service life
