American standard carbon steel gate valve

American standard gate valves are mainly widely used in various systems such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, and pharmaceutical industries.

Product Features

1.The design and manufacture of the product comply with the requirements of the American National Standard ANSI B16.34, the American Petroleum Institute standards  6D and 600.

2.Compact structure, small volume, good rigidity, and reliable sealing safety.

3.The closing member (gate plate) adopts an elastic structure, which can automatically compensate for the deformation of the valve body caused by abnormal load or temperature during operation. Therefore, the seal is reliable and there will be no wedging of the gate plate column.

4.For manual valves with a nominal diameter of NPS10" or larger and a pressure rating of 400 pounds, and for those with a nominal diameter of NPS6" or larger and a pressure rating of 600 to 2500 pounds, the operating mechanism is equipped with rolling bearings, ensuring smooth opening and closing.

5.The valve seat can be a replaceable type, which can be freely combined with the sealing surface material of the closing member to meet the working conditions and extend the service life.

Customizable

The materials of the main body, inner components, packing, gaskets and fasteners can be reasonably combined according to the user's requirements or actual working conditions.
