Triple eccentric multi-layer metal hard seal butterfly valve

The triple eccentric butterfly valve is a new type of butterfly valve. Before the advent of the triple eccentric butterfly valve, the most commonly used butterfly valves in industrial pipelines were soft-sealed butterfly valves and single and double eccentric butterfly valves. However, soft-sealed butterfly valves are not suitable for high-temperature and high-wear environments, and single and double eccentric butterfly valves have poor sealing performance. The triple eccentric butterfly valve overcomes the shortcomings of these two types of butterfly valves and has been widely applied.

The design and manufacturing standards of the triple eccentric hard seal butterfly valve comply with the JB/T8927 standard. This product is a new type of butterfly valve, featuring excellent sealing performance, long service life, and high temperature resistance. It is widely used in industrial pipelines in metallurgy, power, petrochemical, water supply and drainage, and municipal construction for flow regulation and fluid cutoff.

Product Features

1.The three-offset butterfly valve is small in size, easy to operate and install, and light in weight, saving materials. Especially when applied in large-diameter pipelines, it has obvious economic benefits.

2.Thanks to the three eccentric structure, there is no friction between the sealing surface of the butterfly plate and the valve seat when the three eccentric butterfly valve is opened or closed. Therefore, the three eccentric butterfly valve is relatively easy to operate when opening or closing, and it also avoids the sealing surface from being scratched due to friction during opening or closing.

3.The three-offset butterfly valve can be fully opened or closed by rotating 90°. It features a small opening and closing moment of force and quick opening and closing, making it suitable for pipeline positions where rapid shut-off is required.
